Dear Mr. Tavenner:
The subject Site Plan was considered and approved by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Frederick, Virginia at their Regular Meeting of
July 14, 1976.
However,. I would like to remind you that a Building Permit will be
required for each home that is installed. For this permit you must file an
Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan and obtain from the Department of En-
gineering a Land Disturbing Permit. For further information, contact Mr,
Thomas L. Maccubbin, Deputy County Engineer (703/662-8671).

Mobile home Court. All of the approximately 29 acres is
used for and is a part of the -mobile home court.
There are 70 sites at present, and we will be apply-
ing for permission to install 12 additional sites, as
soon as the health inspector does his work.

County Map, and I want it designated as a mobile home
site area.
