Dear Mr. Riley:
As discussed with you on March 17, 1977, Goldston,
Artie Freezer, and Rich Products are in negotiation,
for additional footage to the land, at the back of
Goldston's property.
This will eliminate any parking of automobiles or
tractor -trailers on the tract of land facing Brick Kiln
Road.
The negotiations will be final in 30 to 45 days.

Have your surveyor add the following additions and/or corrections that were
submitted by the various reviewing agencies:
1. Note use of building.
Y2. Note acreage.
3. Show landscaping of portion fronting Route 783.
4. Show the type of paving material of both the entrances and parking
areas.
�- 5. Design and show entrances acceptable to the Virginia Department of
Highways and Transportation.
6. If a right-of-way exists through the tract -- show it.
�7. Note distances between the trailer parking spaces and the pump and
tank.
