Loudoun Street Winchester, Virginia 22601 Re: Proposed 7-Eleven Store Rte. 11 & Rte. 706 Kernstown Gentlemen: The Southland Corporation is currently submitting plans to develop the corner of Rte. 11 & Rte. 706 in Kernstown for a 7-Eleven Food Store. The site and building plans are currently in the County Building Inspect- or's office. At the present, a septic system is planned for this location. The store will be connected to a public sewer system when it becomes feasible to do so. This site has passed perculation tests in the past and we see no reason it should not now.
