Mr. Dennis T. Cole
Route 5, Box 180
4inchester, VA 22601
Dear Mr. Cole:
Per your request, I have listed below the info.ation that
should be included on a SITE PLAN for your proposed building for
retail furniture.
1. One (1) copy of a PLOT DIAGRAM showing to scale
the size of your tract of land, with the size
and location of all new construction and all
existing structures on the site.
2. Measurements to all property lines (front, side,
and rear) of all new construction.
3. Number of parking spaces you will provide. For
retail stores selling direct to the public, the
requirement is one (1) parking space for each
two hundred (200) square feet of retail floor
space in building.
4. Location, type and size of ingress and egress to
the new building.
Once this information is submitted, it will then be taken
to the Planning Comnission for review and then forwarded to the
Board of Supervisors for final action.
Should you have any questions concerning this, please contact
me.
Sincerely yours,
J. William Riley, III
