The site contractor investigated the feasibility of rotating and existing curb inlet in Lenore Lane per the plans. After looking at it, it was determined that the inlet could not be rotated to line up with the new entrance. As this entrance was an owner request and not code required, the team agreed to look into removing the entrance entirely. As such, the following revisions have been made: Cover Sheet: Removed the Lenore Lane Entrance sheet Site Plan, Plan & Profile sheets: Removed the entrance, adjusted labels, added the new existing mailbox cluster (not a part of this plan, this work is currently ongoing for the rest of the development), adjusted the waterline/fire hydrant location (maintaining the same tap location), adjusted the existing DI and modified it to a curb inlet to align better with the new end of the parking lot. Grading Plan: Adjusted the grades for the sidewalk connections and removed spots for the old entrance. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about any of the changes. Exceptions: 1. Where there are more than 30 dwelling units on a single public or private fire apparatus access road and all dwelling units are equipped throughout with an approved automatic sprinkler system in accordance with Section 903.3.1.1, 903.3.1.2 or 903.3.1.3, access from two directions shall not be required. 2. The number of dwelling units on a single fire apparatus access road shall not be increased unless fire apparatus access roads will connect with future development, as determined by the fire code official. I am not sure how many homes are in the Raven Oaks, but this is the refence we use. Multi-family dwelling developments are a little different but I don’t recall any townhouses in Raven Oaks.
