Title to the pump station site shall be granted to the Frederick Water in fee simple absolute. Also, (1) a copy of DEQ’s Certificate to Construct, (2) a copy of DEQ’s Certificate to Operate, and (3) two copies of the FW approved O & M manual are required. These documents must be received before service will be authorized. (4) Work cannot commence that would connect to FW facilities or require FW inspections until the contract is returned to this office. The City of Winchester has reviewed the following: 1. Winchester Medical Center (WMC) – West Campus CAB Site Plan – Revised Dated 07/28/2021 (Gainesboro Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia) Based on our review, we have no other comments for this site plan. No error or omission in either the plans, calculations or applications (whether these plans, calculations or applications have been reviewed by the City or not) shall permit or release the applicant and designer from constructing this work in any other manner than that provided for in the City Ordinances.
