This e-mail shall serve as confirmation that TM 64((A)) parcel 1C at the corner of Rt 50 and Rt 522 is
to remain a City of Winchester customer, and that Frederick Water has no intentions of providing
water or sewer service to that parcel. If you, or anyone else requires further information or
clarification, I will be happy to provide it.

Good afternoon Michael,
I writing you as a follow up to our conversation on TM 64((A)) parcel 1C at the corner of Rt 50 and Rt
522. Specifically, I request confirmation that this property will continue to be provided water and
sanitary sewer service from the city of Winchester, as it currently does, with the submission of a site
plan for this parcel. We are moving forward with a plan for a car wash use at this location and have
confirmed with the city that continued service is anticipated on their end. If you have any questions
please do not hesitate to call me. Thank you for your time.

A VDOT Review has been completed on the Tidal Wave Auto Spa Site Plan dated
May 25, 2021. This site is located off of a private street, Travelodge Lane. The
connection of Travelodge Lane to Rte. 522 is a signalized intersection. With the site
being accessed through an existing, adequate street connection and no proposed
work with the right-of-way, we have no objection or comments to this site plan.
