PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL NOTES
1.THE SITE IS LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF ROUTE 50 AND ARBOR COURT IN
FREDERICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
2.THE LAND DISTURBANCE PROPOSED WITHIN THIS PLAN IS 7,400 S.F. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING ADDITION (5,440 SF) FOR ADDITIONAL WAREHOUSE
SPACE. THE SITE CONSISTS OF EXISTING COMPACTED GRAVEL AND DRAINS FROM
THE SOUTH TO THE NORTH. COMPOST FILTER SOXX WILL BE USED AS THE E&S
MEASURE AN SHALL BE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE COMPACTED GRAVEL AS SHOWN
ON THE DETAIL ON THIS SHEET.
3.PLACE SILT SOXX PER SPECIFICATION AND ORANGE SAFETY FENCE SURROUND LIMIT
OF CLEARING AND GRADING AREA.
4.THE PROPOSED BUILDING ADDITION (ON EXISTING IMPERVIOUS AREA) AND THERE IS
NO REQUIRED ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING, AND NO IMPACT TO THE EXISTING
LANDSCAPING, NO NEW SIGNAGE, AND NO ADDITIONAL OR REQUIRED PARKING.
5.NO PROPOSE LIGHT WITH THIS BUILDING ADDITION. HOWEVER IF THE OWNER
DECIDED TO INSTALL ADDITIONAL OUTSIDE LIGHT, THE LIGHT SHALL BE DOWNCAST
