Dear Mr. Wyatt:
Enclosed please find the form containing my comment on the proffer statement for
above- referenced rezoning application. As-you will see, I have just one comment, namely to add
at the end of item A the following sentence: "The Applicant hereby proffers that all conditions
associated with the 1999 . rezoning of the remaining portion of the Property shall remain in
place."
I make the comment not because I see any need for the 1999 conditions to remain in
place for the use of the entire property for school purposes, but only so that it is clear, in the
unlikely event that the site were to end up not being used for a school, that the original
conditions remain in place and have not, by implication or otherwise, been unnecessarily
