Dear Mr. Klein,
Thank you for your review of the plan drawings for the above referenced project. The enclosed
submittal package has been revised in accordance with the review comments dated June 16,
2020. The following is a comment response letter and a discussion of any changes required.
1. Site Plan Reference Number. Add the Site Plan #30-20 to the plan set.
Site Plan #30-20 has been added to the plan set.
2. Title Sheet. Add a note referencing “Previously Approved Plans” including site plans (SP)
#06-78, #12-89, #35-95, and #47-96.
General Note #15 regarding previously approved plans has been added to the drawings.
3. Agency Approvals. Comment sheets (approvals) are required from the following
agencies: Building Inspections, the Fire Marshal, and the County Engineer (Public Works).
Comment sheets and approvals from the above agencies have been attached.
Please review the attached revised plan drawings. If you have any questions, please do hesitate

Dear Mr. Shelton:
Planning Staff has reviewed the above-referenced minor site plan to determine if administrative
approval can be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site
plan will not be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review
agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff’s comments listed below and
then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern.
Review Comments:
1) Site Plan Reference Number. Add the Site Plan #30-20 to the plan set.
2) Title Sheet. Add a note referencing “Previously Approved Plans” including site plans
(SP) #06-78, #12-89, #35-95, and #47-96.
3) Agency Approvals. Comment sheets (approvals) are required from the following
agencies: Building Inspections, the Fire Marshal, and the County Engineer (Public
Works).
After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one (1) copy so that Staff may verify the
information contained on the plan addresses the above comments. Staff will also need all
approved review agency comment sheets and at least five (5) copies of the final plan for
approval and a digital (PDF) copy. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or
