Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bowman:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 18, 2020. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 8713-1-3-56 was approved by the BZA to
allow for a 7 -foot rear yard variance to a required 15 -foot rear yard setback which will
result in an 8 -foot rear yard setback for a covered porch. This property is located at 144
Osprey Drive, Lake Frederick and is in the Opequon Magisterial District.
