Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on July 21, 2020. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 54H-3-8 was approved by the BZA to allow
for a 5.5 -foot rear yard variance to a required 25 -foot rear yard setback which will result
in a 19.5 -foot rear yard setback for a covered deck. This property is located on 109
Abbey Road, Winchester and is in the Red Bud Magisterial District.
