The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 91-A-64 was approved by the BZA to allow for a 71.0 -left side yard variance to a required 100 -foot left side yard setback which will result in a 29 -foot left side yard setback, and a 21.0 -foot right side yard variance to a required 50 -foot right side yard setback which will result in a 29 -foot right side yard setback for a single family home.
