Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on July 21, 2020. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 91-A-64 was approved by the BZA to allow
for a 71.0 -left side yard variance to a required 100 -foot left side yard setback which will
result in a 29 -foot left side yard setback, and a 21.0 -foot right side yard variance to a
required 50 -foot right side yard setback which will result in a 29 -foot right side yard
setback for a single family home. This property is located behind 448 Reliance Road, in
the Opequon Magisterial District.
