After looking a little closer, the no parking signs are only required at the hydrant. Our Fire Marshals Office typically requires a sign every 50 feet for a long distance of a fire lane. You may have to add a sign to accomplish this. The City had reviewed the FedEx Ground Facility Expansion #2 Site plan. Based on the review, we have some comments for this plan. Attached in this email, you can find the Utility Comment letter for the site plan as well the FedEx Ground Facility Expansion #1 site plan that I referred to in the comment letter. The City’s Property Coordinator did an easement research for this area and found that the easement for the existing 8” water main running from Frogale Court to the back of the warehouse has not been recorded. We think it will be a good idea to have a plat produced that will encompass easement extension for the new site plan as well as easement from previous project that has not been recorded.
