Dear David:
Frederick County approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan MDP #02-20—
Heritage Commons on May 28, 2020. This MDP is up to 645 multi -family residential housing
units and a minimum of 107,500 square feet (SF) of commercial development. Additional
improvements include landscaping/screening, right-of-way reservation for future Warrior Drive
(extended), recreation amenities, and inter -development connectivity with adjacent residential
communities.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed
in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master Development
Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free to contact me if you have
