This MDP is up to 645 multi -family residential housing units and a minimum of 107,500 square feet (SF) of commercial development. Additional improvements include landscaping/screening, right-of-way reservation for future Warrior Drive (extended), recreation amenities, and inter -development connectivity with adjacent residential communities. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master Development Plan.
