THE SITE HAS A HIGH SPOT ELEVATION OF 765' ON THE MID WEST SIDE OF THE SITE. THE SITE TOPO IS GENERALLY FLAT AND RANGES FROM 765' TO 760'. THE HIGH SPOT IN THE MID WEST PORTION OF THE SITE WILL BE CUT DOWN TO PROVIDE FILL FOR THE BUILDING PAD @ A FINISHED ELEVATION OF 764.75'. IF IT IS DETERMINED DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION THAT SIGNIFICANT SEDIMENT IS LEAVING THE SITE DESPITE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPROVED EROSION CONTROL PLAN, THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LAND-DISTURBING ACTIVITY IS OBLIGATED TO TAKE ADDITIONAL PROTECTIVE ACTION AND NOTIFY ENGINEER OF THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL MEASURES. 11. INSTALL ONSITE STORM DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES AS EARTHWORK PERMITS. NOTIFY ENGINEER AND REQUEST INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES, FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DELAYS DURING CLOSEOUT PROCESS AS WELL AS REQUIRE SPOT CHECKS TO CONFIRM CONSTRUCTION QUALITY AND PROPER CLEARANCE / SEPARATION HAS BEEN ACHIEVED. 12. ONCE SITE GRADING IS COMPLETE, REMOVE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE IF LOCATED IN THE DRIVE LOCATIONS AND INSTALL SIDEWALKS AND CURB/GUTTER IN ALL PARKING AREAS AND DRIVES SO THAT THEY CAN BE STABILIZED WITH STONE BASE. 13. PLACE TOPSOIL AND PERMANENTLY SEED OR OTHERWISE STABILIZE THE REMAINING LANDSCAPED AREAS PER THE PLANS. 14. ONCE ALL AREAS ARE STABILIZED, CALL FOR FINAL INSPECTION AND APPROVAL TO REMOVE SILT FENCE AND OTHER REMAINING EROSION CONTROL MEASURES. ALL TEMPORARY CONTROLS SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN 30 DAYS ONCE NO LONGER NEED & DENOTED AREAS ARE PERMANENTLY STABILIZED. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS: 1. ENSURE THAT THE SUBGRADE FOR THE FILTER AND RIPRAP FOLLOWS THE REQUIRED LINES AND GRADES SHOWN IN THE PLAN. COMPACT ANY FILL REQUIRED IN THE SUBGRADE TO THE DENSITY OF THE SURROUNDING UNDISTURBED MATERIAL. LOW AREAS IN THE SUBGRADE ON UNDISTURBED SOIL MAY ALSO BE FILLED BY INCREASING THE RIPRAP THICKNESS. 2. THE RIPRAP AND GRAVEL FILTER MUST CONFORM TO THE SPECIFIES GRADING LIMITS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. FILTER CLOTH, WHEN USED, MUST MEET DESIGN REQUIREMENTS AND BE PROPERLY PROTECTED FROM PUNCHING OR TEARING DURING INSTALLATION. REPAIR ANY DAMAGE BY REMOVING THE RIPRAP AND PLACING ANOTHER PIECE OF FILTER CLOTH OVER THE DAMAGED AREA. ALL CONNECTING JOINTS SHOULD OVERLAP SO THE TOP LAYER IS ABOVE THE DOWNSTREAM LAYER A MINIMUM OF 1 FOOT. IF THE DAMAGE IS EXTENSIVE, REPLACE THE ENTIRE FILTER CLOTH. 3. RIPRAP MAY BE PLACED BY EQUIPMENT, BUT TAKE CARE TO AVOID DAMAGING THE FILTER. 4. THE MINIMUM THICKNESS OF THE RIPRAP SHOULD BE 1.5 TIMES THE MAXIMUM STONE DIAMETER. 5.
