Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved
by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 19, 2020. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 60-A-82 was approved by the BZA to
allow for a 23 -left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot left side yard setback which will
result in a 27 -foot left side yard setback, and a 95 -foot right side yard variance to a required
100 -foot right side yard setback which will result in a 5 -foot right side yard setback and a 80 -
foot rear yard variance to a required 100 -foot rear yard setback which will result in a 12 -foot
rear yard setback for a garage, uncovered deck and a covered porch. This property is located
at 4104 Cedar Creek Grade in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
