Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 19, 2020. The
request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 69-2-18 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 30 -foot right side yard variance to a required 100 -
foot right side yard setback will result in a 70 -foot right side yard setback to construct a
single-family dwelling. This property is located at 361 Bushy Ridge Drive, Star Tannery
in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
