Dear Trenton:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan
(MDP #01-20) — Revision 8 for Snowden Bridge on February 18, 2020. This revised MDP is
approved for revisions to the configuration of internal streets and mix of housing unit types.
This MDP revision has no change in the overall density or use from what has been previously
approved.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Please
