It- r Department of Planning and Development 540/ 665-5651 Fax: 540/ 665-6395 Re: Approval for Site Plan #46-16; Whitehall Commerce Center Property Identification Number (PIN): 34-A-4 Dear Mr. Frank: The above -referenced site plan was approved on January 27, 2017. The site plan is approved for construction of a 1,061,041 square foot (SF) e-commerce warehouse and distribution facility in the Stonewall Magisterial District. Required site improvements include the following: • Construction of a parking lot with 1,205 spaces (including 26 handicapped spaces) and 368 loading spaces, including curb and gutter, striping, handicap access and landscaping; • Construction of Business Boulevard; and • Buffering/screening and lighting as indicated on the site plan. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. Attached are five (5) copies of the signed site plan by the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a co and an approved co py should be kept for future reference, py must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
