THIS REVISION PROPOSES THE CHANGING HOUSING TYPE FROM SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED/ TOWNHOUSES TO ALL SINGLE FAMILY SMALL-LOT DETACHED HOUSING. THIS CHANGE RESULTS IN A REDUCTION IN TOTAL UNITS FROM 221, ON THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLAN, TO 143. THE LAYOUT OF THE ROADWAYS HAS BEEN REVISED BUT STILL CONNECT TO INVERLEE WAY AT THE SAME LOCATIONS AS PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED. THE LAYOUT OF THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POND, OPEN SPACE, AND REC/AMENITY AREA HAS ALSO BEEN REVISED. DUE TO CHANGING THE HOUSING TYPE OF THIS SITE, NO ZONING BUFFER IS REQUIRED.
