We have the following comments: It is requested that it is made clear, your proposed revision will eliminate on -street parking in the subdivision. Before making any final comments, this office will require a complete set of site plans, drainage calculations and traffic flow data from the I.T.E. Trip Generation Manual, Seventh Edition for review. VDOT reserves the right to comment on all right-of-way needs, including right-of-way dedications, traffic signalization, and off-site roadway improvements and drainage. Prior to construction on the State's right-of-way the developer will need to apply to this office for issuance of appropriate permits to cover said work.
