On behalf of the Frederick County Board of Supervisors, you are hereby notified of a public
hearing being held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at 7:00 pm in the Board Room of
the Frederick County Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester,
Virginia to consider the following application:
Rezoning #02-19 for CB Ventures, LLC., submitted by Greenway Engineering, Inc. to
rezone 1.04+/- acres from the B2 (General Business) District to the B3 (Industrial
Transition) District with proffers. The property is located on the south side of Martinsburg
Pike (Route 11) and the northeast side of Amoco Lane (Route 839) at the southwest
quadrant of Interstate 81 in the Stonewall Magisterial District and is identified by Property
Identification Number 43 -A -48E.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may do so at the public hearing.
A digital copy of the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the
Bowman Library the week of the meeting, or at the Department of Planning and
Development located at 107 North Kent Street in Winchester, Virginia, or by calling (540)
