Braddock Street Winchester, VA 22601 Re: Approval for Minor Site Plan #35-19 FedEx Ground Facility — Expansion #2 Property Identification Number (PIN): 63 -A -61C Dear Ms. McCauley: The above -referenced minor site plan was approved on October 9, 2019. The site plan is approved the relocation of parking spaces/van staging area, new loading dock doors and a mobile loading dock addition in the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District in the Back Creek Magisterial District. Additional site lighting and landscaping/screening is also approved with this plan. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
