GENERAL - furnish and install a complete non -clog sewage pumping system consisting
of : 1 HP submersible grinder pump and lift -out rail systems. valves, controls, access
covers and all other appurtenances to make a complete system.
LIFTING CHAIN - An adequate length of stainless steel lifting chain shall be supplied for
removing the pump. The chain shall be of sufficient length and shall include on adequate number
of lifting rings for easy removal.

GENERAL - furnish and install a complete non -clog sewage pumping system consisting
of : 1 HP submersible grinder pump and lift -out rail systems. valves, controls, access
covers and all other appurtenances to make a complete system.
LIFTING CHAIN - An adequate length of stainless steel lifting chain shall be supplied for
removing the pump. The chain shall be of sufficient length and shall include on adequate number
of lifting rings for easy removal.
OPERATING CONDITIONS - Pump sholl hove a capacity of 25 GPM at a total head of 20
feet and shall use a 1.0 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM.
MOTOR - Pump (motor shall be of the sealed submersible type rated 1 HP of 3450 RPM, 60
Hertz. Motor sholll be for single phase 230 volts.
Impeller and motor shall have top lift -out of case so that the assembly can be removed without
disturbing any pipiing.
SIMPLEX CONTROL PANEL
A Nema 3R steel control panel shall be furnished the pumping unit to be installed, as shown
on the plans.
All electrical components shall be mounted in a NEMA 3R enclosure. The enclosure shall be 14
Go. galvanized steel and shall hove a hasp for padlocking (padlock not included).
A remote olorm panel with audio and visual alarms shall be located in the building
