Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved
by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on September 18, 2019. The request
on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 31-A-121 was approved by the
BZA to allow for a 33.2 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot left side yard
setback which will result in a 16.8 -foot left side yard setback, and a 28.8 -foot right side yard
variance to a required 50 -foot right side yard setback which will result in a 21.2 -foot right
side yard setback for a single-family dwelling. This property is located at 1128 Cedar Grove
Road in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
The variance request #12-18 that was granted by BZA on December 18, 2018 is now void.
