THE SITE IS ZONED R5 (RESIDENTIAL RECREATIONAL COMMUNITY) DISTRICT AS ADMINISTERED BY THE FREDERICK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE ("ZONING ORDINANCE'), 4. THE PROPOSED USE FOR THIS SITE IS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (ATTACHED AND DETACHED).
