Queen Street, Suite 201 Martinsburg, WV 25401 Re: Approval for Site Plan #23-19, Holtzman Oil Corporation — Gas/Convenience Store Property Identification Number (PIN): 42-5-C1 Dear Mr. Emery: The above -referenced site plan was approved on August 26, 2019. The site plan is approved the redevelopment of 1490 North Frederick Pike to a 4,800 square foot (SF) convenience store with fuel pumps in the B2 (General Business) Zoning District in the Stonewall Magisterial District. Site improvements also include landscaping, site lighting, re -facing an existing sign and parking. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan. Attached are three (3) hard copies of the signed site plan by the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Further, once site development is complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on-site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
