Dear Mr. Stowe:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on June 19, 2019. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 54 -A -36I was approved by the BZA to
allow an 18 -foot rear yard variance to a required 25 -foot rear yard setback resulting in a
7 -foot rear yard setback for a rail car unloading facility. The property is located at 265
Brooke Road (Route 1320), Winchester, Virginia in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
