Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 21, 2019. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 12-A-15 was approved by the BZA to allow
for a 7.4 -foot right side yard variance to a required 50 -foot right side yard setback which
will result in a 42.6 -foot right side yard setback and a 29.3 -foot rear yard variance to a
required 100 -foot rear yard setback which will result in a 70.7 -foot rear yard setback for a
dwelling and a 42.7 -foot rear yard variance to a required 100 -foot rear yard setback
which will result in a 57.8 -foot rear yard setback for a deck. This property is located on
Collinsville Road, (Route 693), Winchester and is in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
