Dear Mr. Stewart:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on April 16, 2019. The
request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 34-A-38 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 16 -foot right side yard variance to a required 50 -foot
right side yard setback will result in a 34 -foot right side yard setback for an addition to
existing dwelling. This property is located at 2088 Brucetown Road, Clearbrook in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.
