Dear Mr. Packard:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on April 16, 2019. The
request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 3113-1-8 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 22 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot
left side yard setback will result in a 28 -foot left side yard setback for an attached garage.
This property is located at 562 Lake Serene Drive in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
