Dear Mr. & Ms. Fertig:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on April 16, 2019. The
request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 56 -A -1-A5 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 26.1 -foot right side yard variance to a required 50 -
foot right side yard setback will result in a 23.9 -foot right side yard setback for single
family dwelling. This property is located at 385 Burnt Factory Road, Stephenson in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.
