Residential constructed building to use as canine kennel/training
facility. Facility is open to public.
One ANSI Unisex restroom is required.
Mop sink provided - hi/lo not required due to occup load

IF DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, ANY DELETION OF CODE
REQUIREMENTS IS DISCOVERED, EVEN IF NOT COMMENTED ON HERE, THEY WILL
BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED ON THE PLANS AND INCORPORATED INTO THE
CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY, ALL PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN OCCUPANCY PERMIT.
HANDICAP SHALL COMPLY WITH ICC/ANSI A117.1 2009
