iv. Fire Rings/cooking grills
v. Picnic tables
vi. Tent pads/retaining walls
vii. Pavilions/gazebos

b. Up to ten (10) non -enclosed bunkhouses and supporting infrastructure possibly
including, but not limited to:

iii. Utilities
iv. Fire Ring/cooking grills
v. Picnic table
c. Up to two (2) bathhouses and supporting infrastructure possibly including, but not
limited to:
i. Commercial kitchen (option if not built in house)

3. Notes:
a. The project will develop in phases. For example: Phase one might be the owner's family
quarters and maybe one or two guest rooms. Phase 2 might be to add a hiker non -
enclosed bunkhouse and a couple camp sites... Phase three might be to add an
additional guest room to the house, three more camp sites, a bunkhouse and a bath
house. etc...
b. No food will be served to the campsite guests from the bed and breakfast unless a
commercial kitchen is installed.
