THIS DEED is made thi'1 day of f 20 , by and between
MICHAEL, D. HYMAN and ALISON LOWERS I=IYMAN,4rmerly known of record as
ALISON LOWERS, husband and wife, as Grantors, and DAVID CURTIS HYMAN and
DIANE LOUISE HYMAN, husband and wife, as Grantees.
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00), cash in
hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby grant and convey, in fee simple, with General Warranty
and English Covenants of Title, unto the Grantees, as tenants by the entirety with the common
law right of survivorship, the following described property, with improvements thereon, located
in the County of Frederick, Virginia (the "Property"):
All of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of
way and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in Back Creek
Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, containing 2.00 acres,
more or less, designated as Tract 1, and as shown on a survey plat made by
L. Allen Ebert, L.S., dated October 30, 1989, and further described by Deed
dated December 28, 1989, from Alfred Snapp and Son, Inc. a Virginia
corporation, which plat and Deed are duly of record in the Clerk's Office of
the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 734 at Page
934.
And being the same property conveyed unto the Grantors by Deed dated
March 15, 1999, and recorded in Deed Book 931 at Page 627, among the
aforesaid land records.
This conveyance is made subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record
insofar as they may lawfully affect the Property.
