ANSI parking spaces shall be provided as required per T1106.1. Accessible parking and
unloading shall not exceed 2% slope (1:48). Van spaces require minimum unloading area 8' with
8' of parking or a minimum of 11' wide parking with 5' of unloading space is required.
Accessible Route shall extend from parking and unloading area to accessible route to main
entrance of outdoor sport areas. Accessible route with max 5% slopes shall be provided from
parking/unloading to main entrance. Please provide elevation marks at four corners of accessible
parking and unloading and along accessible route to main entrance
