Dear Evan:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan
(MDP #06-18) — Revision 6 for Snowden Bridge on February 14, 2019. This revised MDP is
approved for revisions to the configuration of internal streets, mix of housing unit types, and
provided recreational amenities (including the addition of a 2nd tot lot) in Land Bay III. This
MDP revision has no change in the overall density or use from what has been previously
approved.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Please
