Oates GreyWolfe, Inc. 1073 Redbud Road Winchester, VA 22603 Re: Approval for Site Plan #44-18, TSM, Inc. — Welltown (Warehouse/Office) Property Identification Number (PIN): 43-19-1 Dear Mr. Oates: The above -referenced site plan was approved on February 12, 2019. The site plan is approved for a one-story 22,000 square feet (SF) office and warehouse facility in the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The site plan also includes a storage yard, a temporary gravel storage yard, thirty-three (33) parking spaces, landscaping & screening, and site lighting. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan. Attached are four (4) hard copies of the signed site plan by the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Further, once site development is complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on-site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
