This letter is to confirm that the plats for Snowden Bridge Section 14B have been
approved. This subdivision allows for the development of forty-six (46) lots. Twenty-four
(24) of theses lots are multiplex lots, and twenty-two (22) are townhouse lots. The
appropriate construction guarantee, copies of the plats, and deed of dedication have been
received. Attached are four (4) copies of the approved plats for your records and

Property Identification Number (PIN): 44 -A -3B, 292A, and 293
Dear Mr. Kepler:
This letter is to confirm that the subdivision design plan for Snowden Bridge Section(s)
13 &14 was approved on April 6, 2018. This design plan reflects the construction of 32
townhouse lots, 44 multiplex lots, and 72 single-family small lots (modified). For your
records, three (3) copies of the approved subdivision design plans are attached.
It is now appropriate for you to submit the final plats for this subdivision. In addition to
the information provided on the approved design plans, the plat must include the approval
signatures of the Frederick Water and the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Additionally, a deed of dedication and an appropriate guarantee will be required prior to
final plat approval.
