This design plan reflects the construction of 32 townhouse lots, 44 multiplex lots, and 72 single-family small lots (modified). For your records, three (3) copies of the approved subdivision design plans are attached. It is now appropriate for you to submit the final plats for this subdivision. In addition to the information provided on the approved design plans, the plat must include the approval signatures of the Frederick Water and the Virginia Department of Transportation.
