Smith Engineering 14901 Bogle Drive, Suite 202 Chantilly, Virginia 20151 RE: Subdivision Design Plan #08-17 Shenandoah Development — Phase III, Section 1 & 2 Property Identification Number (PIN): 87-A-103 & 103C Dear Ms. Bleeker: This letter is to confirm that the subdivision design plan for Lake Frederick — Phase III, Section 1 & 2 has been approved. This design plan reflects the construction of 90 town house units and 16 single family small. Attached are two (2) copies of the approved plan for your records. It is now appropriate for you to submit the final plats for this subdivision. In addition to the information provided on the approved design plans, the plat must include the approval signatures of the Frederick County Sanitation Authority and the Virginia Department of Transportation.
