This phase calls for eighty-four (84) single-family small lot units in this subdivision. Enclosed are four (4) copies of the plats for your records and distribution. Winchester, Virginia 22601 RE: Review of Subdivision Design Plan #06-17 Lake Frederick — Phase 5 Property Identification Number (PIN): 87-A-103 & 87 -A -103C Dear Mr. Buelow: This letter is to confirm that the subdivision design plan for Lake Frederick — Phase 5, has been approved. This design plan reflects the construction of 145 single-family small lot dwelling units. In addition to the information provided on the approved design plans, the plat should include the approval signatures of the Frederick Water and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Additionally, a deed of dedication and an appropriate guarantee will be required prior to final plat approval. Attached is three (3) copies of the approved plan for your records.
