This letter is to confirm that the plats for Freetown Crossing have been approved on
December 13, 2017. This subdivision allows for the development of seven (7)
townhouses.
The appropriate construction guarantee, copy of the plats, and deed of dedication have
been received. Attached are three (3) copies of the approved plats for your records and
distribution. Please return a copy of the recorded plat to this office

RE: SUBDIVISION REQUEST #05-17 OF FREEDOM CROSSING
PROPERTY IDENTIFICATIOIN NUMBER 86-A-6
Dear Randy:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced request for subdivision for seven (7) single-
family attached (townhouses) units on 1.2751+/- acres, was reviewed by the Frederick County
Board of Supervisors at their meeting on October 11, 2017, and administrative approval authority
was granted to Staff. The property is located at 357 Double Church Road, Stephens City, in the
Opequon Magisterial District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with two (2) copies of the approved subdivision design
plan.
It is now appropriate for you to submit the final plats for this subdivision. In addition to the
information provided on the approved design plans, the plat must include the approval signatures
of the Frederick Water and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Additionally, a deed of
dedication and an appropriate guarantee will be required prior to final plat approval.
