Engineer Design required on all foundations and/or slabs with greater than 8" fill or 24" clean sand/gravel. Lots 61 — 64, 80, 81, 83 & 89 indicate fill exceeding the 24" allowance under basement slabs. All garage slabs in excess of allowed fill require an engineered design as well.
