RE: Review of Subdivision Design Plan #04-17
Southern Hills — Phase II
Property Identification Number (PIN): 85D-1-1-95
Dear Mr. Kepler:
Staff has reviewed the above -referenced subdivision design plan to determine if
administrative approval can be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be
granted. This plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other
review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed
below and then prepare a revised plan which adequately addresses each concern.
Review Comments
1. On Sheet 1, need owner to sign.
2. On Sheet 2, proffers need to be added.
3. On Sheet 3, need to identify the body of water.
4. On Sheet 9, need street light at intersection of Town Run Lane and Nathan Drive.
5. On Sheet 10, need to identify the Ewing Cemetery.
6. On Sheet 12, need to change the BRLs.
7. On all sheets, need SBLs changed to BRLs.
8. A photometric plan and lighting details are required with this submission.

Response: Revised accordingly.
Comment 4:
On Sheet 9, need street light at intersection of Town Run Lane and Nathan Drive.
