Leesburg, Virginia 20175 RE: Review of Subdivision Design Plan #01-17 Shenandoah Development — Phase 4 Section 3 Property Identification Number (PIN): 87-A-103 and 103C Dear Mr. Mitchell: COUNTY of FREDERICK Department of Planning and Development 540/ 665-5651 Fax: 540/ 665-6395 The Planning Staff has reviewed the above -reference subdivision design plan to determine if administrative approval can be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This plan is denied until the issues in this letter have been adequately addressed. I have enclosed a marked copy of the plans to assist with the revision. The following comments need to be addressed: 1. Sheet one needs owner's signature. 2. Sheet one needs to show current utility companies. 3. Note on sheet 2,11-13 FEMA Flood Plain. 4. On sheet two, please provide percentage of open space. Please address the above comments and resubmit two copies so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets from: the Virginia Department of Transportation, Frederick County Inspections Department, Frederick Public Works, Frederick County Sanitation Authority, Frederick County Fire Marshall, Frederick County Parks and Recreation, Frederick County Public Schools, and Frederick County GIS.
