This letter is to confirm that the plats for Shenandoah Development — Phase 4, Section 3 were
approved on November 3, 2017. This phase reflects the construction of 62 single-family small
lots in this subdivision. Enclosed are three (3) copies of the plats for your records and
distribution. The appropriate construction guarantee and deed of dedication have been received.
Please return a copy of the recorded plats to this office.

We have reviewed the Lake Frederick phase 4 section 3 subdivision design plans. Per the approved
master development plan, phase 4 is entirely age restricted housing. As such, we offer no
comment.

Dcar Mr. Dove:
This letter is to confirm that the subdivision design plan for Lake Frederick —Phase 4 Section 3
was approved on August 22, 2017. This design plan reflects the construction of 61 single-family
small lot dwelling units. Attached is one (1) copy of the approved plan for your records.
It is now appropriate for you to submit the final plats for this subdivision. In addition to the
information provided on the approved design plans, the plat must include the approval signature
of Frederick County Water. Additionally, a deed of dedication and an appropriate guarantee
will be required prior to final plat approval.
