Dear Mike:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced, Master Development
Plan MDP #05-18 Winchester Industrial Properties (revision) on September 10, 2018. This
revised MDP is approved to allow Brooke Road (extended) to be a private roadway with a
50 -foot (FT) wide private ingress/egress easement connecting Brooke Road to Park Center
Drive. As noted on the plans, the 50 -FT ingress/egress easement will need to be recorded
prior to site plan approval. This MDP revision has no change in the overall density or use
from what has been previously approved.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free to
