Dear Mr. Smoot:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on October 20, 2009. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 75 -A -35C was a four foot rear yard variance, resulting in a
rear yard setback of 21 feet. The property is located on Aylor Road (Route 647) at the
intersection of Aylor Road and Westmoreland Drive (Route 1054), in the Shawnee Magisterial
District.
