Dear Evan:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on March 18, 2008. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 55-5-5A was for relief from a 25 foot side yard setback to
bring five existing warehouse buildings into conformity as follows: 185 Cole Lane, 7.9 foot
setback; 187 Cole Lane, 16.1 foot setback; 189 Cole Lane, 16.3 foot setback, 191 Cole Lane,
16.3 foot setback; and, 193 Cole Lane, 16.2 setback. The property is located on the north side of
Cole Lane (Route 762), approximately 1,000 feet south of Berryville Pike (Route 7), in the Red
Bud Magisterial District.
